New thing: supporter world map

Welcome to one of these rare newsletters I send. I moved back off of ConvertKit to the newsletter system on my blog.

It's been about two months since I last emailed you. Not much has happened creatively since I've been overwhelmed with life stuff, but I did set up a new perk for $10 and above Patreon supporters: help build a map!

Naturally, more support helps with the overwhelming life stuff. About 10 more $10 supporters would get me back to where I was when I was able to make stuff with some regularity.

So far three out of four $10+ patrons have added their little piece. One declined to participate but continues to support.

Here's the map:

You can always find the current version on the Supporters page.

It's forever a work in progress: it could change, or be redone entirely. Past $10 patrons get a permanent spot on the map they were a patron for, but new maps will only include those active at the time I made it. An incentive to keep supporting, but also a reward for past support. Past major revisions that reset the list will be here too.

You can download the map as a 4K wallpaper and use it with a virtual tabletop, or for an actual tabletop. All Patreon supporters also get new music. It's mostly soundtracks for games, tabletop and video.

The Supporters

  • Raine Lake - raine is one of my longest supporters, so naturally gets the top spot.
  • The Dioscuri - Jeff D asked for something involving Gemini and the number 6, so I made a little Yin-Yang shaped island with the twins.
  • Kattepus Trail - Psy Chuan's contribution. Kattepuss is from Swedish and possibly shares an etymology with pspspspspspspspspspspspspspsps, the summoning song for cats.
